The Clubhouse at Black Oak will overlook the 18th green with the outside terrace being a perfect venue for post round cocktails or casual dining. Its architecture will represent the colonial flavor of the area with a stone and wood exterior, accented by a gabled roof line that presents understated opulence and an elegantly rustic atmosphere. The interior of the clubhouse will include men's and lady's locker rooms, intimate bars, fireplaces, grill room, casual dining and full banquet facilities. Seeped in casual elegance, the clubhouse will provide the hub of activity with gracious service and the attention to detail that members should expect.

Practice Facilities
With golf as the club's centerpiece, the practice facilities will allow for the development and improvement of our members' games. Two large practice tees overlook a slightly downhill range with six target greens and a bent grass fairway to improve both iron play and wood shots. A pitching and bunker green, adjacent to the practice tee, will allow members the opportunity to hone their short game skills. A 7500 square foot putting green will be contoured to be representative of the greens on the course. In addition, the club plans to build a par 3 practice hole alongside the 18th fairway. Not only will members enjoy playing a special golf course, but our practice facilities will add to your enjoyment and personal improvement.
